Very satisfied with the service we received. They were able to get out to us quickly after the weekend, diagnosed that our compressor needed to be replaced, and had everything repaired within two days of the initial diagnosis. Called them around 3:30 in the afternoon to schedule a system check up since it wasn’t cooling right. They were able to have Aaron come out in just a couple hours. He checked the entire system and found a refrigerant leak and a couple other minor issues. He explained everything and let me know what he could do to fix the issues before doing anything. Everything fixed and charged back to spec before 6:30. From phone call to fix in 3 hours is impressive by any standard. Everyone I talked to was extremely helpful and friendly.

For anyone that is skeptical that there are great HVAC technicians and companies, you should check out Aero Air. Ive worked with 'the big guys' for years. But they never really solved my problem, though they did sell me alot of equipment :(. Aero Air, Paul Slack in particular knows his stuff and my problem was resolved without having to replace my whole duct system! They are patient, knowledgeable and a great family owned business. And a huge thanks to Aaron Smith as well who went the extra time to find the right equipment and install. (and cleaned!!!)
