• We had a wonderful experience with Affordable Air. We had all 3 of our a c units replaced (two 4 ton and one 2 ton). Workers showed up on time and the work was great. They had all 3 units replaced on 2 days. And the price ( we got 3 quotes from various companies) was at least 30% lower along with 18 months interest free financing. We could not be happier with the work performed by Affordable Air and will recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

• 10.5 2026 Update with video: Noise, Recurring Failures, and No Communication After $23,000 Investment I cannot currently recommend Affordable Air based on my experience with their installation, equipment, and customer service. We invested $23,000 for two complete Lennox ML17 systems. Since installation, we have experienced an extremely loud rattling during startup and shutdown—like rocks shaking inside an empty 5-gallon bucket. The noise is disruptive to our family and neighbors. August 25, 2026: A technician evaluated the first system and stated the issue appeared to be manufacturer-related and could not be corrected in the field. After multiple calls and promised callbacks, Affordable Air eventually worked with Lennox and replaced the affected condenser on September 16, 2026. Unfortunately, the problem has not ended. The replacement unit is already exhibiting the same intermittent rattling/shutdown noise. The attached video was recorded October 4, 2026—less than three weeks after the replacement. Affordable Air has stated publicly that they stand behind their work and are working with Lennox regarding the second system. We are still waiting for a resolution. There are also outstanding installation concerns, including condenser pads listed on our invoice as being replaced but apparently not replaced, and a specific agreement regarding the positioning of one condenser that was not completed. These are less-than-one-year-old systems on a $23,000 installation with a 10-year parts and labor warranty. We should not be repeatedly troubleshooting and replacing components on brand-new equipment. At this point, we have lost confidence in the equipment and installation. Our preferred resolution is to unwind the transaction, receive our $23,000 back, and have the equipment removed—at minimum, the exterior condenser units—so we can move forward with a system we have confidence in. I will continue updating this review as the situation develops. The October 4 video documents the recurring noise from a replacement system installed September 16.

• Installed a new A/C unit 2 weeks ago but then starting having drain line backup which shut the unit down. Technicians came out the day I called, fixed the issue (cleared the line) and also explained everything to me in detail why it happened and what I can do to help lessen the likelihood of it happening again. • No parts replaced. A clearing of a small clog in the air conditioner line is not subject to taxes per tx comptroller - labor to repair a residential unit should not be taxed. I was taxed 19.00 and billed 299.00 to clear the line. 3 weeks later the problem is back, dripping beneath the unit, ruined wooden floors. The young man who came out may need more training, he diagnose the problem, he didnt open panels, didnt check wires, he claimed he blew out the clog causing the leak. However he didnt make noise wasnt here long enough. like the next company, he didnt remove the clog, he simply said he opened up one end of the pipe to force air thru and charged me 299.00 plus tax. This I now call legal robbery of a customer and other customers need to be aware. The next company did not charge for diagnostic and only charged 100.00 to replace the PVC pipe and force out the clog that was causing the problem.

First review (minor repair): Incredibly fast and well-priced! No sales pushiness, just good old fashioned good service. Will def call them again for any future issues! My experience: Last night, I accidentally cut a wire by my outdoor unit while weed eating (rookie mistake). I called Affordable Air this morning and they had a tech out within only a few hours (even faster than promised, actually--when does that ever happen?!). Anthony the tech not only fixed the cut wire, but he also checked the rest of the unit's wiring while he was at it to make sure everything else was good. He found some more loose wiring and fixed that as well. Whole thing cost $79 and took less than 45min. Amazing!

• Affordable Air to the rescue again. We have used them in the past for maintenance and duck cleaning over the years. This time we had no ac at all in 105+ weather. I called Affordable Air and Anthony (technician) was here the next morning. After checking the unit it appears that the capacitor was going out. He was able to replace it and true to his word that fixed it and we have cold air. In addition I had purchased a new thermostat for the home. Anthony was quick to install and assist with setting it up. Affordable Air is the best hands down. On a side note.... I have a home warranty that I had submitted a claim to. The technicians they send out are all about making as much money as they can and miss diagnose issues. I will be not be renewing my contract with them. I know calling Affordable Air was the best thing to do and it would be diagnosed correctly and price correctly instead of over inflated. Again I can't say enough about all of the great service we have received by them and will always be our go to. Thank you so much Anthony and Affordable Air.
