They arrived within the time window we were given and were pleasant and respectful while they were here. The only negative in the whole experience was that there was more dust and debris on the furniture, countertops and floor when they had finished than I expected. Fortunately, my housecleaners came the next day. I am pleased with the service we have received from Affordable Air and we'll continue to use them to service our HVAC system.

• We have used this company more than once. When you call to make an appointment they give you a three hour time slot For example, 3:00-6:00. Then someone from the company will call and / or text to let you know what time the technician will arrive. They also send a photo and info about the tech who will be coming to perform the repairs. We’ve had great experience with this company. The techs are friendly and very helpful like answering questions. The guy we had this last time was really nice. We left another company because the next appointment opening was too far out. We were so worried as our a/c had broken. We called Affordable Air and Heating and they saved the day. Thanks you guys.
