• I am very dissapointed with this company. I worked with them in the past well, which prompted me to sign up for servicing my unit at the beginning of this year when I called to fix my heater. When they serviced my unit, recommandation were made to change some parts, it is absolutely normal and understandable. However as soon they finished the service my unit stopped working. And when I called they wanted me tme pay almost $2000 to get my unit working. My unit was cooling very well before they serviced it . Now I am stock with a non working unit after their service leaving me in this heat weave and they won't put my Air conditioning on until I buy new parts, is absolutely ridiculous and insane. They refused to put back my air how it was before they touched. This is a scam and a rip off 😪 They are taking advantage of people like us to sell their parts even if they are not needed. Please be aware of theiso called maintenance process, it a way to get to you Dissapointed 😞

• Ruben, the service tech, was on time, professional, polite, and experienced (30 plus years of experience). He was very thorough. This was a service call on a fairly new AC unit, but he took his time to make sure the unit was thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and added freon, and even changed my air filters for me. I Would highly recommend this company and especially Ruben! I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly. The people who answer the phones were super helpful and let me know when he was about 30 minutes away from my home. Price was very fair. They will be coming back every year! (I don’t know why this shows up as only four stars- it is supposed to be a five star review).
