• This review is a bit overdue. I misplaced my December receipt and wanted to make sure technician Eugene got the recognition he deserves, and I found it yesterday. It was one of those weeks where everything went wrong—first an electrical outlet exploded, then the heater stopped working, and the kitchen sink clogged. What a mess. Getting an appointment with WY&G was the next priority after getting the lights back on. My home warranty company sent them to assess the HVAC system, and Eugene was the assigned tech. He was absolutely wonderful—professional, knowledgeable, patient, honest—everything you could want in a home repair pro, especially since there are plenty of scammers out there. He determined that the blower needed replacing and also pointed out a possible electrical issue. My system was up and running in under two hours. Great service. Thank you, WY&G, and I hope you’re around forever.

• My AC condenser unit fan stopped working all of a sudden. I called Alex at WY&G, and they had Eugene come within an hour. Eugene was very professional, had great attention to detail, and even gave me suggestions on how to maintain our system. The service was excellent, and the price was reasonable. • WY&G was able to correctly diagnose and repair our HVAC system. We had two other companies (that we strongly recommend against) come in and do shoddy work. Alexander and Eugene both were great to work with. Eugene heard me out as I caught him up on the history of the system. Alexander was flexible when discussing the installation details of the unit. At the end of the day, my system needed the evaporator coil and the condenser unit replaced. Alexander was great about asking me when the next available slot I had (vs me begging to get on their calendar). As far as calendaring, they were excellent- next day appts, sometimes day after appt. As far as communication, great. They text and call. Easy to reach. My only feedback to potential customers is, and this isn’t a knock on WY&G, avoid home warranties at all costs. • Had them check my unit when my last company retired. After a few days had issue return and they took care of it without any arguing or problems. Will use again. Also learned about them from a referal. Edit: unfortunately the issue was never resolved. I tried to hire back to work on it and they blamed the electrician. Electrician didn’t see issue on their end. I tried to schedule again a time again for them to come when an electrician would be here but they refused to service me after charging $500 and not having the unit work for more than a day.

• My AC condenser went out during the heat wave so I called my insurance company. The first company they chose to send out couldn’t come out until 4 days later and after looking at the system said they weren’t qualified to make the repair. I called my insurance company and they reached out to WY&G. Within an hour, Alex reached out to me and made arrangements to come out the same night to fix it. Alex arrived and quickly identified the issue. He replaced a bad transformer, checked and improved wiring connections and added Freon. He made sure that everything was working at its optimum before leaving. I can’t say how much I appreciate Alex coming out, working late and making it so I could finally sleep comfortably again for the first time in several nights.
