Honest, reliable company. Ricardo was on time and very professional. He is an honest technician. He took photos and gave explanations to his findings. Also gave valid recommendations since our unit is from 2015. He didn’t try to sell us a new unit which has occurred with other companies and I appreciate that. Pricing is reasonable and I appreciate the office working promptly to get required paperwork for HOA. Highly recommend.

I signed up for a maintenance plan for $17 per month, so when the twice per year visit comes I don’t have to stress out paying hundreds of dollars. I love that RACCO provides this service! One of their technicians, Jacob came to service the AC and he checked all the parts that could be expensive to repair if it breaks down. Thanks to him, our system is in great condition!

Oh wow the professionalism has not changed a bit . I bought my Air conditioner about 4 years ago I thought I was just having routine maintenance today on my Air conditioner but my downstairs air wasn’t working . So when Jacob the technician came he found the problem got the parts and fixed it . He did not play any games on what it was or charge any more money . He explained what was wrong and took care of it . I would highly recommend the company and Jacob is awesome !

My air conditioning stopped working in the middle of this heat wave where it's been over 100 degrees. My house went up to 85 degrees. I called Racco and they came next day and fixed it. Jacob was so kind, professional and experienced. I've used them before and already knew I'd get great service. In fact, I'm now paying for maintenance where they come twice a year to take care of issues and change my filters. Prices are competitive and well worth the exceptional service from Vanessa who answers the phone and does the schedule, to Jacob who is the kindest and most knowledgeable technician I've ever dealt with.

I recently had an issue with rodents in my attic that destroyed my heating and air condition ducts. I called Ricardo at RACCO (who had installed the original unit 8 years ago) and asked for his assistance. Not only did he give me an appointment for the next day, but his team showed up on time, they were very clean, informative and smelled great. They assessed the problem and took pictures to show me what was going on. His team also noticed that the duct going to my daughters room was detached and they fixed that as well. Very detailed. The entire visit was professional, painless and smooth. The quality of service exceeded my expectations. their work was absolutely exceptional and worth the investment. I was very impressed with RACCO and will definitely recommend them to anyone needing Air conditioning/heating services.

Just had Ricardo walk through the house. He charged $150 to look at my existing floor and wall heater then write up a report that they cannot be remediated. (We're since gotten another report for free.) He seemed to be in a bad mood so was hard to talk with. Apparently he didn't listen because later I got an estimate that included a ducted unit (with ducts for four rooms) rather than individual air handlers for each of them. Would not recommend.

Tony came to our home to install replacement heating units. He was friendly and extremely professional. He covered everything and there was no mess at all. We called RACCO, they made an appointment the next day. They ordered the heating units and everything was completed the same day. I would highly recommend RACCO.
