• Our excellent customer service began when discussing our project with Sergei, who was not pushy on sales or services, just gave us honest thoughts about our particular system needs for our very old, inefficient and broken HVAC. We ended up with an all new heat pump system that is quiet and really efficient (17.5 SEER2). We already anticipated need for a new system since every tech that came in last 5 years said it was on its last leg, before it finally died during an extreme heat warning. The installation crew arrived on time, were very respectful of our garage items (helped move bikes to backyard and even used cloths to cover from the sun!), never complained about the working conditions (hot garage and tight garden area for fan unit), and were informative about the process. They also left our property very clean and tidy upon job completion after a single (and very hot) day of installation. As a bonus, I was not expecting the excellent craftsmanship of the lovely stainless platform cover over the new plywood they cut-to-fit for the removal of the old/damaged platform/box deck, and they used duct-board and sealant to finally make the interior of the intake under the unit sealed from all the walls and dust generation that has been blown throughout the home since the 1970s. Could not be happier with the end product as well as the process from inspection/quote to system startup. I would recommend Air Blue HVAC to my mom, friends/family, and to you! Just an Update 08/13/26 It's been 5 years since Sergei and his team installed our A/C unit. We had another company come out and service our unit. We were quoted a very high price to replace our capacitor battery. I called Sergei's company; he told me the price for the part was half of the price I was quoted. He came out, changed it in a few minutes, inspected my unit, and let me know my unit needed coolant, a point I had brought up to the other company, and they ignored it. Sergei walked me through all the options without any hard sell. He just showed the issues that would need to be fixed and why, using videos and photos for evidence. • The reviews are true....these guys are great! I'm a little crazy and had 6 different companies come out to give me estimates because this is a large purchase and I wanted to make sure I wasn't getting ripped off. Well....it's was a learning experience because all vendors offered similar products but definitely not comparing apples to apples because each vendor sells a different manufacturer or a slightly different unit within the same family. So you really need to know what you want in terms of product functionality and how much you're willing to pay for it. I'm happy with my decision to use Sergei and his team. I want to send a shout out to Vadim and Sergei (a different Sergei from the quotes guy). Vadim and Sergei who spent half a day at my house installing the unit were super friendly and kept my house perfectly clean with their installation. When they were done, they cleaned everything up and left my house exactly as they found it. Lots of companies claim to be small family owned, but then they send out contractors to do the install. It's refreshing to read all the reviews about these 3 guys, see their pictures online and when they show up to my house, they were actually the same guys.
