Antonio came to inspect the unit and replaced the offending part immediately. He was friendly and informative and knew the specific maintenance needs of the unit at home. We are in the midst of a 100°+ heatwave and my compressor would not start last night. My 9yr old unit was repaired by noon the next day. I love these guys!

Had an ongoing issue following HVAC unit replacement that has had leak issues since installation where coolant line would slowly bleed out. The leak was difficult to determine its exact source. Just spent $10K in external and internal coil replacements as determined leaks in both systems. After twenty four hours new system is leaking internally and failing to cool. Extremely frustrated after three plus weeks with no AC, elevated electricity bills dealing with the inefficient system and failure of proper system replacement. I have been patient for a resolution but after spending $10K and no proper fix. Contacted after hours and was told the soonest a tech could be on site to resolve would be 11 days from now. Absolutely unacceptable. Stop using AI and third party services to handle incoming customer call escalations. This is extremely unprofessional, frustrating for the customer and paints your firm as unreliable. We expect immediate responses and resolution to service that failed within 24 hours.

I was just thinking when my tech left, that I really "trust" the whole team at Air Concepts from Karen who is the first, friendly and efficient contact when you call. You know you've called a "good place", things will get done right and has you at "Hello". Riz, my tech, comes up the walkway with a true confident smile, tools ready to fix any issue and explains whats going on, as my own son would. The leadership team who seem to have their hands and heads in every customers case, comfort and well being, are true professionals. A well run operation and I, for one, really appreciate their concerns and efficiency that keeps me trusting and comfortable.

Kelly Mae was so informative and knowlegable about her products. I am installing a new air & heating system. She recommended and helped me decide what units would be best for my house, not trying to up-sell me on everything. Very nice person, it was a pleasure working with her. Patrick and his crew of men that came to do the job were abslute professionals. Very polite and accomodating to any suggestions or issues I had throughout the job. All of them knew what they were doing. Thet came in, went straight to work and worked hard all day, and then cleaned up at the end of each day. I'm so happy, and would recommend Air Concepts to everyone.

Five star experience from the estimate appointment through installation completion. Kelly Mae analysis of our project was very professional and knowledgeable. Within a week we had the installation set up and parts available. The crew that did the installation were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. My wife and I could not have been happier with the results when finished.. The guys were neat and cleaned up completely. This project should be a prime example to follow for all contractors. AC wasnt blowing cold air, only warm. Mark did a thorough evaluation of the system and repaired it quickly and thoroughly. Appreciate it. Cold air is back again. A motor went bad and had to be replaced. Also did a thorough cleaning of AC and heating system which we requested.

I was getting warning messages on my thermostat. Everything worked fine even though I had the warning messages. Air Concepts sent out Marin. He was very good. Had to turn off power at the fuse box outside. Reset it multiple times. Explained everything he was doing. Great technician.
