Ken showed up on the same day I requested service and contacted me ahead of arrival. Got the job done in under 2 hours. Thoroughly inspected the AC unit for tune up and provided recommendations on parts that could use replacement (it’s a ~10 year old unit) with transparent and fair pricing. Opted to follow his recommendations. Very professional, very clean. Used shoe covers when inside and no mess left behind. I recommend this company. Will use in the future!

Recently I woke up to an unexpectedly warm house the Friday before a holiday weekend, I made a few calls to see who was available and was able to get an appointment for the same morning. I called around 8am and my system was fixed by 1pm, honestly can't ask for any better service in the heat, especially with clear pricing an an explanation for was needed now and what could stand to put off for a later date. Other companies hadn't even returned our call to schedule an appointment by time our AC was fixed. Definitely will call them again in the future when it's time for service.

Our mini-split started having issues over the weekend, and since the installer wasn’t responding, I called Ken. He responded right away and carefully inspected the system to diagnose the problem. Because the unit is still under warranty, he recommended contacting the original installer first, but also assured us that if things didn’t work out, he would gladly return and repair it at a very reasonable cost. Ken is dependable, friendly, and easy to work with. We were extremely pleased with his professionalism, honesty, and level of care.

He worked extra hard on our complicated older home to make sure the job was done right having to fix mistakes made by previous companies. Very clean job and looks/works amazing on our AC replacement.
