When our family was in time of need during off hours (meaning 9:30 at night on a Sunday) I literally text the owner who gave us his number originally when they first installed the units, he had dispatch call us and set up to get someone out right away and fix our issue to give us air again on one of the hottest days in a long time. Highly recommend them. They are the essence of customer service and this is what I think of when I would recommend a business to someone else for AC/Electrical work.

• Yearly Update: 2022 Almost 6 years ago Airnow installed a Lennox AC at my home. Since then I have had no ends of trouble with this unit. Now the warranty is out at 5 years, the coils have a leak and I am looking at paying half of what I paid to install this piece of garbage to fix it. We have called Airnow multiple times and asked them to call us back but has not received a response. I've called Lennox and waited for hours with no response. Today is my loss, I am sure you don't want to lose, so stay away from Lennox and Airnow. Yearly Update: 2023 My AC continues to leak Freon. Every six months I have to have someone come out and refill it at $90 a pound. So Far this year I have paid over $1K for labor, leaky valves and filling the freon. The coils were leaking this time again. Lennox replaced the coil but the labor and freon is about $800. At this point, I am just sad that I was sold a defective product and needs to pay so much to maintain it. When I bought this AC, I did not know that Air now would not advocate for me with Lennox. Merry Christmas all and I will give you an update next year.

• Had an appointment for 8/3 and 8/4 both days no call no show. Very unprofessional, I called and spoke with Carla after the first day of them not showing up and she couldn’t even give me a reason as to why. Then she scheduled for the next night and they once again no call no showed so I’m on day 3 of no air conditioning. Wouldn’t recommend.

• First visit was great but after that it went down hill they had to send another technician out witch was fine he came and looked at everything said he would be back Friday this was wensday ok great Friday morning comes there here at 845am wonderful they work on it until about 10:30 they say there leaving be back around 12 1230 they arrive about 1245 only reason I realized they where back is because the gentlemen did not knock on my door after be gone for two hours he just walked into my house I addressed the problem with him and ask why he thought at any point it was ok to walk to to any one's home he did not apologize he just said he's never done that witch I find hard to believe

• Tech replaced 25 amp circuit breaker with 30 amp! Let him know that was dangerous to do if fan motor for A/C wiring did not match and requested proper 25 amp breaker! Pretty sure if I hadn't stayed with him that 30 would have caused serious electrica problems.

When I called the office to ask where the tech was, the office couldn't even reach him because his phone was turned off. Don't waste your time with this company.

• Omg! So Aaron is our regular AC man and he came today Becaue I have had this strange noise in my wall that I thought was my AC and I have had 3 different service people at my house to see what it was. Aaron told me it wasn’t my AC and he knows alotnof about houses and he thinks there’s an animal in my wall. It was a squirrel trapped in my wall. Aaron built a ramp for it to get out! He is absolutely wonderful! I am so thankful for him and I think so is the squirrel!! Thank you Aaron!!
