• I needed some work done on the electrical part of my air conditioner. I needed the wiring from the unit to the thermostat replaced and it was replaced and encased in a plastic covering so no mice could chew up the wiring. Also they replaced the electrical box that would spark if I tried to remove the part so I could shut off the unit and they put a new breaker at the electrical panel. Raymond V and Michel L were the ones who did the work. They were very polite, professional and did an awesome job! I appreciate all of the hard work they did to ensure my home is now safe. • Beware of misleading service offers and questionable repair recommendations! I wish I had left this review years ago when this company came to my home in Odessa, Florida, to investigate a water leak inside a wall behind my hot water heater. Instead of simply repairing the leak, they recommended approximately $20,000 to replumb my entire house! I was so aggravated by their recommendation that I asked them to leave my property. Later that same day, another plumber came out and repaired the leak for just $250! Fast-forward to October 2026. I received a phone call from this company claiming they had previously performed AC work at my Odessa home and that my original service included a complimentary future AC cleaning that I had never used. Here's the problem: They never performed any AC work for me! When I explained that I had sold my Odessa home and moved to Ocala, they conveniently told me that this supposedly unused complimentary service was transferable to my new home. They offered to send someone out to inspect and clean my AC unit completely free of charge. Suspicious, I called the company directly and asked them to provide proof of any previous AC work they had performed for me. They could not provide any. My concern is that this so-called complimentary service is simply a marketing tactic to get a technician onto someone's property, where additional repairs or services can then be recommended. Given my previous experience with their $20,000 replumbing recommendation for a leak that another plumber repaired for $250, I certainly wasn't going to give them another opportunity. I encourage other homeowners to question these unsolicited offers, request documentation of any supposedly prepaid services, and get independent estimates before agreeing to expensive repairs. I would not do any business with this company!

Technician Teshawn installed a new electrical box on the unit. He was professional courteous and kind. He was dressed appropriately and conducted the service with respect and dependability. Keep doing the good work. He gets five stars in my review. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ New review: September 4th 2024. Technician Adrian arrived at my home promptly and did my biannual maintenance service. He deserves five stars what a fantastic job he did. I was so impressed with his service. I've been trying to write this post for over 24 hours and it will not post so I decided maybe I should just edit my previous post. I have had a great experience with this company.
