  • We called because we had a leak in a faucet outside. You guys determined that it was reclaim water and I guess he wasn’t permitted to turn it off. My wife asked him to remove the hose that was attached and he said it would cost $179 on top of the $89 for the service call. She declined. When I came home I took the hose off with a vise grip in less than 5 minutes. Your guy basically did nothing. I have a service contract (which I might cancel) and while I think the $89 charge is somewhat out of line. $179 to take a hose off is a “hose job” if you understand what I mean. My because he wasn’t permitted dealing with a woman, he figured he could charge that much. Not happy at all. Curt Rutsky
