• It was a pleasure working with Bart DePury last week. After a short phone call We received a great quote within the hour. They understood that we needed the service completed in a timely manner. Although it is a busy time of year for them they were able to get us on the schedule and they were out the following morning. They got us up in running very quickly. The techs on the job were very efficient. They quickly located the leaking coil, did tests to ensure that there were no other leaks, and preformed a chemical coil cleaning. After the work was completed the Techs stayed to monitor that the Unit was running properly and cooling our store.

• Cannot say enough about the excellevn service, from Jennifer who answered the phone and scheduled, to Kenny who did the repairs on my AC. Kenny got caught up in a multi hours long problem right before mine, and literally ended up there all afternoon and evening. But when I called the office, they kept me to to date on changing time, and even the after-hours A1 bot was responsive and gave me accurate info! Then Jennifer (live person) checked on my status several hours AFTER she went home (!), and called to let me know what was happening. Kenny came this morning, and encountered yet another problem (mine, this time). But he worked it until he figured it out, and could not have been more competent, polite, knowledgeable and determined to fix the problem. Great experience all around!
