• I scheduled my service many months in advance and requested a specific technician. They said fine. They confirmed with me before my service date. 1 hour into driving towards my condo being serviced I get a call from Cool Today telling me I can't have that technician and I need to reschedule. I was angry and said you need to get a technician out there as it's a 3 hour round trip drive and I'm not rescheduling. She did get someone out within 2 hours who was quite pleasant and he did a good job.

• I have been with Cool Today since moving here over a year ago. We have a two year old Carrier infinity 4 ton unit with 5 variable speed and dehumidifier system. We have had some unfortunate situations with the failure of the touch screen thermostat and motherboard which were covered under the manufacture warranty. Each and every time Cool Today was there and made all these major repairs and regular AC maintenance GREAT EXPERIENCE. EVERY Technician we have had come out were very polite courteous and professional But also on time. The staff in the office the same. • Had an issue for 2 weeks. Main A/C unit wasn't turning on. Power failure is what the alarm panel app keept showing us. So, I was thinking it was the batteries in the touch pad. Alarm company came out and checked their system. All clear. So I had the A/C company out. Low and behold it turned out the drain was clogged and the float switch was keeping the unit off. Cool Today services our units twice a year. Last service was May 28th this year and here in August the drain is clogged. They have been servicing our units for the past 4 years. Appears their service technicians aren't trained properly. Today is October 3rd 2026. On September 2nd 2026 Joe Zagorski, the Service Manager stating he would review my complete service history of all three systems. When that was completed he would contact me to review the information with me. I contacted him September 25th about the review. Mr. Zagorski appreciated my patience and would like to address my concerns. He wanted to know what day to contact me and I responded whatever day the following week would work for him was fine. That would have been the week of September 28th, 2026. I sent Mr. Zagorski a short email October 2nd about not hearing back. No reply. I ass/u/me they are not interested in resolving issues.

Alert came promptly and provided superior, professional and courteous service getting our AC running smoothly again. I immediately signed a contract with Alert and canceled my contract with Nucio. My wife was so grateful she even baked cookies and delivered them to the Alert offices... enough said... Teague,,,we subsequently used them for plumbing and electric. The electric service was great, the plumbing not so good. Had to have plumbers out three time for the same issue…!

• Changing my original five star review. I will be canceling my annual maintenance package. Won’t be using Cool Today again for electric nor plumbing. I spent $20k to replace my a/c systems for 2 of my houses fairly recent so will need to wait a bit longer to change HVAC companies. The issue I had was related to electrical not HVAC. I actually liked their plumber Tommy and Caleb for HVAC is great too. It’s a long stressful story but I’m so ridiculously disappointed considering the amount of money and referrals I’ve invested in this company. I asked to speak to someone in leadership besides Anatoli, one of their managers, because he is a huge part of the issues I encountered recently with Cool’s electrical service call, but according to Anatoli he is as high as leadership goes. He said the next level above him is CEO. According to online research that would be a lie, which can be added onto his other lies. I’m assuming calls with him weren’t recorded so his word against mine. So basically I’m screwed. Hopefully this post will at minimum prevent someone else from being screwed too. If you’re a consumer reading this, find a different company. Things will be fine for awhile but it’s only a matter of time before they let you down in a very big financial way. And TBH their a/c replacements haven’t been cooling my houses as well as my old systems so I’m really unsure about that as well. Too late for me. Save yourself.

• We had a complex AC system replacement. We purchased a high efficiency gas furnace with a horizontal installation, a two-stage furnace and cooling system (which matched the existing system), a UV light, replacement of existing surge protectors (whole house, compressor, and air handler), and installation of a new return duct in the remote back bedroom (a 'problem child' for 32 years). The install team arrived around 8:40am (they started about an hour earlier). They left shortly before 11pm after confirming operation of the new AC system. Of course, they had another hour in their day to return to base. The gas-certified plumbers will come tomorrow to complete the furnace installation. No need for heat in Florida at the moment. I could not have been more pleased with the three-man installation team. All were pleasant, professional, and competent. I do NOT give out such compliments readily. What impressed me most is that they truly worked as a team. They looked for opportunities to help each other. Unlike my last installation experience in 2014 where I had to require the installers to read the installation manuals (because I had and they were doing it wrong), this team took the time to read them during the install because they were unfamiliar with the specifics of my unique configuration--not many high-efficiency, two-stage gas furnace installations in Florida.
