• I have used Fontana Brothers over the past several years. They respond when they say they will be there. The technician always calls first. Always within the stayed time frame . The tech immediately saw what the problem was and proceeded to get my a/c unit cooling. He also explained the proper filter to use for best long term results. My unit is about 7 years old. The tech, Tyler, explained that the company has training before anyone is sent out on a repair call. I give them the highest review and will continue to call them back when necessary. He recommended annual inspection to keep everything running smoothly. I appreciate good work when I find it as there are so many underperforming companies these days. • The service Dawson provided was terrific. He provided my normal six month maintenance service on both of my A/C units. He inspected all the parts, coils and blowers, and verified that the temperature was within specifications. He poured vinegar in my drain line, hooked up vacuum and verified there was no blockage. Then he went outside and checked voltage and coolant levels on both units. Dawson was conscientious, knowledgeable and wore covers over his shoes so my floors were not dirtied. Dawson did a fantastic job, professional and courteous.

• Fontana Brothers have fixed and maintained my a/c for about 5 years. When I recently bought another house, I called and added my new property to their maintenance program. When the technician came out, he noticed that there were 3 to 4 internal filters that were never changed, some were even covered with stucco & hidden, that were inside the air handler... Which was only a 2017 unit. Once those were replaced out, my system worked much better and ran less... Which saved me $$$ on my electric bill. They are awesome and earned my business for life. If anyone is looking for a trustworthy A/C company, I highly recommend them. Update: I just had my unit serviced by a technician on my twice annual cleaning plan. John R. (Service tech) did a fantastic job cleaning the whole entire system out. Update 3/31/2026 I just had Brandon and Joe with Fontana Brothers come over for a review of my ducts, insulation, and airflow of my a/c. They mentioned that my insulation was up to code. The airflow was slightly restricted, but still performing okay. I can't sing enough praise to their proactive approach with their maintenance plan that I have with them. Fontana Brothers are the best. Update October 2nd. 2026 Just finished my normal maintenance schedule, and Dawson did a fantastic job.

But they also have what many HVAC firms do not have….They have a culture of integrity so they can be trusted 100%… Also, they are completely devoted to customer extreme-satisfaction. Finally, any HVAC firm is only as good as the specific techs that do the work. Fontana Brothers has the best techs throughout every phase of an HVAC project. For reader consideration, my wife and I completely replaced the entire whole-home HVAC system including all vent runs, and they re-configured everything so we now have even temperature throughout our home, very low sound, and energy efficiency. In addition, they have completely managed the design and installation of a mini-split system on a new sunroom with results that are phenomenal.

When I first relocated to Florida in 2008, I received inflated recommendations for AC replacements from other providers, whereas Fontana Brothers accurately determined that only a tune-up and freon recharge were required. In 2016, after purchasing a new home, I reconnected with the team. I was impressed that they had maintained my records over the intervening years. They continued to provide cost-effective maintenance on my existing unit, never recommending unnecessary upgrades until the system reached its end-of-life in 2020. By 2025, faced with humidity issues, I sought multiple quotes for extensive ductwork and insulation. After consulting with three other contractors—one of whom confirmed that Fontana Brothers’ estimate was $7,500 more competitive for the same scope of work—I proceeded with their team. The installation crew was professional, punctual, and highly communicative, providing comprehensive documentation of their work. Additionally, their monthly AC maintenance program offers a cost-effective solution for system longevity. I remain a dedicated customer and highly recommend their services. Most recently, when I experienced mold issues and inconsistent cooling, Marcelino promptly addressed the situation by upgrading the main ductwork. He remains a model of professionalism, ensuring all technical procedures are clearly explained and executed with great thoroughness. I am hopeful that this solution will effectively manage the humidity and improve airflow to my son's room, ensuring consistent cooling throughout the residence.
