• I need to move a condenser from the wall due renovation, and HOA hire licenses company to do that and estimate 10 min job, i decide to do that Home Therapist Cooling Heating and Plumbing, they spend over 2 hours: cut bushes, leveling a ground, put sinder blocks for drags, adding new cable, thanks for excellent job. All others owners in my community didn't, now they have problems with conditioner working properly or stop working at all. Think about what are consequences to give a job unknown people.

• Update 8/25/26: I've been with Home Therapist for almost five years and have been a subscriber of their maintenance program. I can't say enough about how great of an AC and Plumbing vendor this company has been to me. The owner Richard has always made himself accessible to discuss quotes and options when needed. Original Review: This is one of the few excellent HVAC vendors in the area. I had 5+ HVAC contractors quote me over the course of a two months of a poorly performing system, this was the only company that correctly diagnosed the issue. Every other vendor I dealt with immediately wanted to replace the entire system. Mind you, a new AC unit wouldn't have fixed the deteriorating ductwork, which was ultimately the problem. The custom duct work installed by AC Therapist was clearly the work product of a craftsman. This caliber of workmanship is rare; as such, let me save you the time of researching/hiring/firing the wrong company, and recommend you hire these folks. Again, these guys stand out from the rest! He check everything on the plumbing side of the house clean and provide maintenance to my Water Heater. Educated me on my options and things needed to keep my home plumbing safe and make it last longer. Very satisfied. Will recommend Lester and Home Therapy team for any needs that arrive but what I found really unique from them is that they have a plan to protect your home and anticipate having to change your appliances in an emergency.
