• I don’t know why they mention duct cleaning on their website because it seems they don’t provide this service for everyone. They did a major AC repair for us and did a great job. When they checked our air ducts, they said they needed to be cleaned and they could take care of it. After that, I tried to contact them several times to have an estimate for duct cleaning. After three weeks, they eventually told me that they don’t provide this service for the air duct system we have. What a waste of time.

He diagnosed a bad blower motor, explained what was going on, and pointed out that with an older system, more repairs are likely down the road. He laid out a few different options, but let me make the final call to just repair the motor for now. James didn't just 'patch' the problem; he performed a forensic correction. He identified missing components (filter drier), a failing TXV, and air/moisture contamination from the original install. He was incredibly transparent throughout the process, even coming back with specialized equipment to ensure the system hit a perfect vacuum. For the first time since we bought this unit, our home is actually comfortable and the system is running flawlessly. • I don’t normally do reviews especially through Google , however since Nolan Air has helped me so much just in the last couple of months I figure I owe them something back. Their Techs are courteous, knowledgeable and real people. They are who you want to come to your home and treat you with respect and not try to sell you on something not needed. They replaced my air ducts, at a reasonable cost. They have dealt with other problems I’ve had on numerous occasions just in the short time I have been with them. There are not many companies that will come out late at night from 50 miles away, on a Friday and get you back up and running , because they believe in treating their customers right. Even though it was something simple maintenance wise that could have been done by the home owner.
