• Yousef was our technician today with Sun Air Services today and he was excellent. Yousef came out for our six month hvac maintenance plan. He was excellent. He explained everything he was going to do and did it in a timely manner. When he found that a component needed to be replaced soon he explained the options available to us, but not in a pushy way. He said we could probably wait until the next six month check, but we decided to go ahead and replace it now. He took care of the replacement and all was well. All repairs and appliance service should be so easy!! Sun Air Services and their techs are always great - 5 stars all around.

• Ii received a quote for air leaks under the sub floor. There were three partially collapsed trunks found but the technician said aeroseal was the solution vice correcting the trunks. The quote for the work was $5088 but don't worry, they did offer military for $4579.20. Since I can communicate and other A/C companies exist, I found the same service from a company in Hudson, FL for $2,500 and they recommended correcting the trunks first. To jack up the cost this much is insane. There are better companies which are more ethical. I recommend you avoid.

• Bought my system from Sunair 5 years ago, get regular maintenance from them. Went out on Saturday night. Called on a Sunday morning at 0800, Youssef was at the house by 1200. Fixed that and the condenser. Went thru everything. I couldn't find my serial and model# at the time of service, the stickers had deteriored due to FL weather, Sun Air ,folks took over/etc..formally Johns Air, went above and beyond and found #'s, so that I didn't have to. Also,Charlie H, did great job on service call,keeping up with maintenance, did not try and pressure me..but showed me potential issue. Having dealt with the horrific Chinese toxic drywall to include some American made and what it did to our AC in home we lost. I had whatever I thought was an A/C drain line issue that turned out to be a plumbing problem .However I would never have known that without Fernando problem solving the issue for me and isolating the real culprit. Fernando was excellent, thoughtful and thorough in his examination of the problem. I was very impressed. Also kudos to Jennifer in the office for getting a technician to me as quickly as she could.
