Amazing company! My AC stopped working late on a Saturday night, so I called and left a voicemail. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call back just 5 minutes later. Brian walked me through everything over the phone and helped me troubleshoot the issue step-by-step until we got it running again. Exceptional customer service—5 stars hands down! on Sunday my Ac stopped working. I called 3hac and they scheduled a tec for Monday AM. Nick Harvey showed up on time and proceeded to diagnose the problem. The AC had frozen due to a bad motor. He checked if it was under warranty, it was. He went to get a new motor and came back and installed it. Nick was pleasant and courteous and very knowledgeable. Nick and 3hac did a great job and have my thanks.
