• Don't believe anything the action air office tells you. They installed a mini split for my mother that never cooled right. She even told them about it when they came out for the so called yearly service and they told her the unit was fine. After I found out about it, I got involved and had them come out and meet me and sure enough, there had been a leak. Once that was fixed it still did not work. They kept telling us they could't get parts for a 14 month old unit to fix it leaving my 89 year old mother without A/C in her up stairs living area for over a month. They refused to replace the unit and kept telling us they could't get parts. Eventually they wouldn't even return our calls and just blew her off. We ended up having to pay out of pocket to have a reputable company come out and replace it. How do you take thousands of dollars from an 89 year old widow and leave her without A/C for over a month in Florida in July and August. The worst company I have ever dealt with. They lied and refused to honor they're warranty. When will we be able to give negative stars because thats what would be appropriate in this case. If you buy anything from these people, pray you don't need to rely on the warranty.
