• Called on a Thursday, spoke to Melissa (wasn’t very pleasant), was scheduled for the following Monday between 11-1. I called Monday morning, spoke to Melissa again (still not very pleasant, seemed irritated by having to answer the phone?) and requested that the technician call me when he was on his way. 2:35pm: no call from anyone, technician shows up as I’m leaving to do school pickup. Melissa calls me to tell me the technician is at my home. I tell Melissa I am unavailable at this time, as he is hours late. Melissa is still short and unpleasant. The technician seemed nice, was apologetic and informed me his scheduled time for me was 3pm. So if you’re okay with no communication and having a technician show up hours later than your allotted time window, call Melissa!

• One of the worst service I have ever encountered. The technician came to the house to give an estimate. He found out that I had hoses under the house that were torn. He went back to the office and never received a call or an estimate. Now they tried to reach out for referrals... LOL...

• I moved to Tampa last year and tried two AC companies for maintenance and repairs to my unit. I was not happy with their service and finally found Total Air Solutions. The company sent Wilder for a repair and he was able to hone in on the problem very quickly. I also took advantage of Total Air Solution’s great price for maintenance contracts and was glad I did. Wilder did a very thorough job of cleaning the unit and giving me tips for preventative care. The scheduling people are very helpful and do their best to get you an appointment quickly. I would highly recommend this business!

• Oct 2024 - Javier just did a great thorough job with my A/C maintenance and preparing it for winter. He also leveled my compressor which had tilted due to ground settling. He took the time to inspect and ensure my system is running as required. April 2022 - Patrick did a great thorough job with my A/C maintenance. He answered all of my questions regarding system performance and insured that the settings in my thermostat were set properly. Total Air Solutions did my AC install a couple years ago and I will continue to use them for their bi-annual maintenance service. Great company with great service people! Update: April / 2021: Just had Total Air Solutions perform the first bi-annual maintenance on the AC system they installed last October. The Carrier system they installed has been working great! Received a reminder phone call last week from them that it was time for a system check-up and scheduled an appointment for later that week. The AC Tech, James, showed up on time and he did a very thorough job of inspecting and cleaning my AC unit. As I watched him work, I asked many questions about the system and proper maintenance (I'm an engineer). James is very knowledgeable and answered each question courteously. He took his time checking and cleaning the system before leaving for the next job. I've had techs from other companies perform maintenance on my previous AC system and they were not as thorough as James from Total Air Solutions. So far, my experience working with Total Air Solutions has been a good one! I recommend them for your AC needs.

• UPDATE: 4/3/24 Just had my AC maintence service call on my two units. Wilder did a fantastic job of thoroughly checking the capacitors and making sure all functioning correctly. Very thorough and appreciate his diligence. +++++++ I had an issue with duct work in my attic. Leandro Martin, technician from Total Air Solutions fixed the issue. He used three processes: glue, tape, and then white mastic paste to make sure I won't have any future leaks. Very detailed, showed me pictures of what he did. Really appreciate his diligence. Recently had my AC unit go out with a capacitor and fan unit break. I called Total Air Solutions and my service technician Patrick diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly. Patrick was on time, diligent, fixed the problem and I am up and running with cold air.

• Total Air Solutions was the A/C subcontractor for a new-construction project for our business. We have had multiple issues with our units, and one of our units was 'repaired' under warranty over a year ago- but their 'repair' was done incorrectly and has caused a major failure of the unit which is now costing me thousands of dollars to repair through another company. Repeated attempts to contact Total Air have fallen on deaf ears. I have asked for a return call from a manager or owner for months on this one issue. I cannot recommend this company for commercial work at all. While their technicians are all friendly, they seem to be overworked and in some of our experiences, not properly trained to work on units they have installed. Our next step is likely to file suit in small claims court, as they refuse to respond to my calls or emails on the subject to discuss the matter openly and respectfully.
