• We had problems with our AC people after 7 years into our warranty they didn’t want to finish out the last 3 years of our contract! We paid for 10 years of yearly maintenance! We called Sunstate Mechanical and Joe came out the next day! What he found was the fan inside the unit in the house was so rusted and corroded with dirt! He suggested we replace the fan! Joe returned 2 days later and installed the rusted out fan! Now we bought this new unit from Flo Rite for 14,000 in 2019! These guys came out and serviced this unit yearly, no reason for this fan to be in this condition! This corroded fan was never touched by them! We decide to cut ties with Flo Rite for their dishonesty! We called Sunstate Mechanical and found a small business owner, we must support these businesses, that’s exactly what we wanted! What a great guy Joe is! Thank u Joe for restoring our faith in contractors! We appreciate your hard work and honesty this morning! He showed my husband everything he was doing and when this rusted out fan he found confirmed our relationship with Flo Rite! Beware of them! They did NOT do what we paid dearly for!!! I must add that Flo Rite came out in Jan and charged us 1,000 for 10 lbs of Freon he sad it was low! Boy did they rip us off!! This new business Sunstate Mechanical has our business from now on! • We had a very successful installation with Sunstate. Another company had offered only to install the unit in a second floor closet rather than the attic where it had been since construction. Sunstate provided an excellent technician who supervised but did mostbof the installation by himself. Equipment carried through the front door, up the stairs and then through a tight opening into the attic space. The old unit removed, the new unit installed and not a scratch on a wall. The unit has performed excellently and questions to the office have always been answered quickly. The service, as well as the installation, could not have been better handled.
