• I am beyond thrilled with the service I received from Bea Cool AC. Shortly after I scheduled an appointment, Max arrived with his assistant and immediately got to work inspecting my AC unit. My AC wasn’t working and was only blowing warm air, so I was desperate to get it fixed. Over the phone, Max asked me several questions and suggested that the issue might be a faulty capacitor. After a careful inspection, he confirmed that the capacitor had failed and needed to be replaced. He quickly replaced the part, cleaned the coils, checked the indoor unit, and before long my AC was back up and running. Max also asked if I had a new air filter. When I told him I didn’t, he grabbed one from his truck, cut it to the proper size for my unit, and installed it on the spot. That level of attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out to me. The price was fair, the service was prompt, and Max took the time to answer all of my questions. Most importantly, he never tried to sell me parts I didn’t need or pressure me into buying a new AC system like some shady companies do nowadays.
