• One word ….. AMAZING! Picture this - it’s the middle of an unprecedented heatwave in Sacramento & it is 111*, you come home Friday @ 6pm after a long week to your A/C not working! Yup, Friday evening, 111* and your A/C breaks down! You immediately start googling & calling companies to see who can come rescue you and your family! Call #1 - we can see you next Thursday! Call #2 - we can take your name and someone will call you next week Call#3 - nothing available but you can call back next week On and on until I called 6 places all with similar answers! Call #7 I called Air Cool but decided to not leave a voicemail and continued down my list! I was on hold for the next company when Sean from Air Cool called ME back!!! He was kind, courteous, and empathetic to my situation! Nothing like the other 6 I’d already called! He told me I was in “his route” and he could squeeze me in on Saturday between 10-2! I was moved by his kindness and his willingness to add another appointment on his already packed day!! He arrived Saturday @ 1030ish and fixed my A/C within the hour!!! He was thorough, even “fixing” two valves that my “annual contract company” didn’t service! Even though they said they did! (For awareness that Co. was Villara”! Don’t hesitate to call & use Air Cool!! Sean was an excellent example of going above and beyond! 10/10 I highly recommend and can’t stress enough how amazing the entire experience from start to finish was - 100% positive! • I can’t say enough about Sean and his crew! They did a fantastic job replacing our new HVAC, attic duct work and insulation. Our home project began with needing an entire roof replacement, and during that time we decided the aging HVAC needed to be replaced too. We obtained several bids and felt Air Cool Heating & Cooling, which we found through the SMUD Contractor Network, provided the most detail and the best cost. We were glad we found them. Sean coordinated with the roof contractor to complete the attic work while the roof was open and completed the new HVAC and insulation installation within the roof contractor’s time frame to install the new roof. The crew was always on time, very polite and worked very hard. Sean also communicated and provided suggestions for any problems that were discovered. The whole process from bid, expected time frame, installation and clean up was handled very professionally.
