• normally i don’t post review but i have to post this to help other people. we had an emergency leak at the front of our driveway so i had to call a plumber. they sent jonathan hickerson. our driveway was flooded. upon arrival he spent 15-20 minutes on his ipad taking pictures did not even shut off the main connection. i have to sign the $280 contract so he would start working. After an hour and 30 mins he told us it would be $1000 dollars. It was a rip off, so we said no. the supervisor jimmy threaten to take legal action if i will not pay the $280. nothing has been done. he spent almost 3 hrs at our house doing nothing.i don’t mind paying as long as the work was done. i looked for another plumber they fixed it in 15 mins for $500. please do not call always affordable plumbing. they will rip you off. mr. jonathan henderson needs more training.

• Had a worst experience with this plumber company so beware. I told them i have a warranty cartridges from moen company and sent me a new one so i need them to return the one they bought so i can get a refund of the cartridges that they bought to replace my dripping faucet. They wont give the receipt and they charge too high for just replacing a simple cartridge. So beware for this company and will never go to this company again. This will be the last time i will have their service.
