• Last 2 younger guys didn’t even try. This 4th trip out since April to see why the insulation or drywall or asbestos dust(whatever silty dust it is) keeps getting blown out of the vents, these last 2 guys checked the rooftop unit like the first 2 sets of guys did. Said it looks pretty clean and sprayed febreeze into the air return. I’ve gotten vacuum cleaner pails full of rocks, insulation that’s breaking down and falling apart in the distribution pan, tons of dust from whatever out of there. They put finally put a camera in one vent to look. That vent is 4 inches too short and held together by tape. They didn’t fix that or the other one. The guy before, the one guy who’s allowed to drive a truck by himself, knows what’s he’s doing. The guys before him reran a thermostat wire and bumped a vent loose. He fixed that. That guy knew everything that was wrong with the system, trip 4 guys knew nothing. Zero communication with the office. If you need a new thermostat wire, they can handle that. If you have ventilation ductwork failure only guy can handle that. Good luck. A simple air vent check would’ve found that 2 vents were too short for the last 50 years.

• My experience with Zach and Cody was completely unacceptable. I specifically requested in the work order that the technicians wear shoe covers while inside my home. That request was ignored, and they left dirt throughout the house, including in areas where they were not even performing HVAC work, such as my kitchen. My bathroom was left in a completely disgusting condition. My desk, which was not located in their work area, had been shifted from its original position with items moved. Items in my kitchen, including a towel, were also missing after the visit, and there was an unidentified brown residue left on my sink. This shows an alarming lack of respect for a customer’s property, especially when the customer is not present to supervise what is happening inside the home. After leaving my home dirty, disturbing personal property, and leaving behind unexplained residue, they then had the nerve to leave a note asking for $100. Requesting money after ignoring clear instructions, spreading dirt into unrelated areas, leaving the bathroom filthy, moving personal property, and leaving items unaccounted for is beyond unprofessional. I am disgusted by the way Zach and Cody treated my home. Customers should not have to worry about technicians disrespecting their property simply because they are not present. Based on this experience, I would not recommend them, and I would never allow either technician into my home again.
