• Miguel was very helpful when our air conditioner stopped working recently. He was able to quickly diagnosis, sent detailed text messages including videos showing the problem, and presented a variety of options to repair / replace the unit. We compared him to two other local HVAC companies and he was very competitively priced. Ultimately, we decided to go with a heat pump. Installation was quick and professional. He even wore foot covers in our house; little things like that are what show me that you care about your work. There was a small glitch with our thermostat after installation and he came back after a few text messages at 9 pm on a Friday. I was pretty floored honestly.
