• Great company. I called because I was putting off getting my AC checked and was hoping they could squeeze me in before the heat wave. I left a voicemail and they called back later that day to set up an appointment that week (I am very lucky because I was expecting they would schedule out at a later time due to everyone else doing the same as me). • I just bought a home and the a/c had a problem. Seller paid this company for $1000 to replace a few items. After we moved in to the house, the a/c intermittently worked again in the first week. Called the company back but they refused. They just said all the work is done. There is no gaurantee on the service and they don't have anything to do with this because it is different owner now. • We contacted this AMAZING company when our air conditioning unit stopped working at our rental property. As our renters have young children we were looking for a quick response time. We were offered a same day appointment. Mike showed up right on time. At first there was a thought that the unit was working again and he offered to waive the service fee. We decided to have him inspect the unit. He was professional and informative and operated on "If it's' not broke don't fix it!" He turned the unit on and watched it for 30 minutes when the motor seized up. As the part was not a standard part that he carried on the truck he made a trip to pick up the part and back the same day. Pricing was great, and his customer service amazing.
