• I'm a senior over year ago had HVAC install. From start to finish and service checks always pleasant and professional everyone I've dealt with. Old fashioned peace of mind. About mid-July I was scheduled for annual HVAC check up as I bought a service policy. Bryan shows up, very bright and informative and friendly. He did make a couple suggestions. One to install a Reem Halo air purifier on the system and a surge protector for the AC compressor. Already have one on the system. I agreed and install was the next day. I realized a difference in air quality immediately and easier to breathe. An extra bonus I received a 149 dollar discount as I'm covered under the service policy. Just positive things to say about this company on all levels. Today is 10/9/2026 had my fall maintenance with Douglas Smith another outstanding employee. Intelligent and personal explains well and Im excited about purchasing a permanent filter Doug told me about. Purer air to work with the Halo light installed. No more dirty filters in land fill. I love this company on all levels.

• Ronnie Hobson, our C&R technician came to do a regular service and check-upon on our HVAC unit. Ronnie came on time and introduced himself. He was courteous and efficient. When he was done he told me what he had done and showed me pictures of the different parts he had tested with their results. Everything was with in proper parameters. • These days, it seems like the best advice is to find a long-established, one-person plumbing shop.
