• Our air conditioner was not cooling anymore and it over 100 degrees outside. (I have heart and breathing issues) My daughter called and he was OOT. Surprisingly he came by on his way into town and explained and fixed our system perfectly. The best and kindest service anyone could expect. Air Dynamic's is now in my favorites. We have referred our family and friends and will continue to do so. We could not thank them enough.

• I called Air Dynamics after our air conditioning went out during a heat wave. Stephen answered right away even though it was on a late Sunday evening .That was my first surprise… to actually talk directly with him. I figured I’d get a answering machine ( or no answer at all or a service ) and just wanted to leave a message for early Monday because it was hot as heck. I had never used them but they had good reviews and a good reputation for being honest and knowing their business . Him and Patrick offered to come by right then and quickly found the problem .We were going to need new ac coils and they needed to pick up the part. We scheduled it and they came when they said they would and got my ac working better than ever. I have a older unit and it is pumping out icy cold air now:) This is a friendly father, son duo who get right to it and don’t doddle. They answer all your questions and explain it and I had a lot! Even though my AC unit is older , they didn’t try to get me to replace it. In fact they emphasized it was still in good shape. I found them to be direct, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very fair in price. We will call them for annual check up maintenance and use them for all our repairs or replacement in future. He was out with in the hour and did a repair. He went above and beyond, he helped me understand the issues and taught me how to do things to help my AC live longer. • I called on a Sunday to set up an appointment for Monday. The technician told me to text him my name, address and email and that he would be at my residence before noon. • Two separate times I’ve had an AC emergency at two different houses, and both times Steven answered and arrived faster than the other "24 hour companies" like Air Assurance. • Air Dynamics of Tulsa is by far the best heat and air company I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. We all know when your AC goes out in the middle of summer it's simply one of the most frustrating things that can happen for the whole family. Especially if it's something that happens multiple summers in a row. I used to have an uncle that would work on my unit when it would go out. But this past summer was the first time since he passed that I had some issues so I took to Google to find a company with good ratings and called Air Comfort Solutions BIG MISTAKE on my part! Everything from an overpriced fan motor to truly feeling like they tried to sabotage other things to rope me into completely replacing my AC for an outrageous price. So I called my dad after they left and fortunately he had just used Air Dynamics for his rental houses in the area and suggested I give them a call. Off the get go I knew this would be a better experience then the previous company provided. They could not make it out to work on it the weekend that I called because they had plans out of town but did offer to meet me at a local quick trip to let me borrow some windows units until they could make it out to me the coming Monday. When Pat arrived on Monday he was extremely professional and knowledgeable you could tell he had been doing this work for a long time. Not only did he diagnose my orignal issue quickly. He was able to replace the part for half the cost that Air Comfort Solutions had quoted me. Then it was on to fixing the things that had messed up on me after Air Comfort Solutions had left (these were new and non existent until they came and left) like the circuit board for the furnace being fried and pieces on the unit that were now not working. Pat got me hooked up in no time and my AC was working again. Still for a better price then what I was quoted for the fan motor alone from Air Comfort. Now fast forward to this summer and it's the first summer I have lived in this house with no AC issues at all. I know this was a lengthy review but I believe it is imperitive that people know Air Dynamics deserves their business. In this field it is easy for bigger companies to overcharge and not care for the people they are doing work for. Air Dynamics is the complete opposite I truly felt cared about from the first interaction until Pat was leaving my house and it didn't leave my wallet in shambles to have everything taken care of. Anytime going forward if someone mentions needing heat and air work done this company will be my first suggestion!

• Pat and Steven have kept my house cool in the summer and warm in the winter for 10+ years now. They were recommended by a friend and I have, in turn, recommended them to several friends and coworkers. Hard working, father/son duo that make you feel so at ease, they will fix your issue promptly without tacking on unnecessary expenses. They replaced a unit for me a few years ago but they’ve also kept an older unit humming along for years when another company would have said it needed to be replaced on the first call. I had to call them a few weeks ago with an issue in the heat of June. They came and fixed the issue in less than an hour, text me an invoice and were on their way.
