I had a leaky outdoor faucet. Called Airco to have it repaired. The two guys they sent were very polite and on time. They explained that the faucet I had was installed incorrectly. They gave me two options either repair it or replace it. The quotes were astronomical. We were desperate so we chose to replace it and get it done right. They did a good job as well as installing an access panel which I appreciate. I just wish their pricing weren’t so high.

Here 2 hours past the window but Kaleb was very professional and not his fault on late. hours set was 8-12. As for the company I would not recommend them mainly because they are very pushy on upselling things. The five stars are only for Service Tech. The company does carry good product if they would just quit pressuring people.

A technician named Jackson came over today to do our periodic tune up. He was very knowledgeable and honest about our HVAC settings. He made sure everything was in working order before he left. Jackson was cool, polite, and efficient.

Although Kameron had completed a busy morning before he arrived at my home at noon, he was energetic and efficient in meeting my needs. He even added a touch of humor with a photo of a few dead insects in the drain pan of my basement unit being serviced for the winter! He assured me they would be gone in a flash! Whew!
