I was especially impressed this time when he brought in an assistant to get a second opinion — it showed his commitment to getting things right. Our AC system was down, and Brian worked long hours to get everything back up and running. We’re very pleased with the work he’s done and continue to be impressed by his dedication and expertise. Brian has worked on our AC several times over the last twenty years. He installed a nest thermostat four years ago. Today he repaired our AC unit. Brian's heat & air!! I own a very old house with very old HVAC and they've helped every time the old beast has broken down. Fast and efficient even with trying to track down parts that aren't easy to find. They basically rebuilt my HVAC so I wouldn't have to buy a brand new unit. They went the extra mile (all the way to OKC for parts). Honest and affordable and some of the friendliest guys I've ever let in my house.

I have used Brian for my heating & air conditioning needs for several years. Because of his excellent workmanship, I haven't needed to call him in a couple years, but then the other afternoon, my motor fan on my air conditioner quit. Late in the afternoon I called Brian & was glad to hear him answer his phone because I knew my air would be working that night! He is so good about getting the job done even working long hours. We have used Brian for our heat and air repair for many years. We had trouble with an older system this summer. Brian came and helped us several times as we had mutiple issues.
