I had a leak in my ceiling dripping at 2am. A friend told me to call Dowd heat and air they are great and good prices. I called when they opened at 8am I had Devon at my door at 9am (I was lucky it’s raining and they had time) I can’t express how amazing these people were, on the phone, the technician and the price!!! I am so grateful what I thought was going to be monumental costs was more than fair! They also give a military discount! I have signed up for their yearly service plan which includes fall and spring maintenance and I am a customer for life.

Have used this company for a decade or more and during this period they have always acted and provided a high valuable service commitment to servicing or replacing my home equipment. Never have they not honored what they have stated early on in the repair cost and never has this repair offered anything but transparent operation in the years after they completed the needed task
