Tony was awesome to work with. Very professional. Highly recommend this Company. Edit for 10-7-26 Preston came out to do the annual maintenance review, I notified him that we had a couple of issues that I thought needed taken care of. Preston jumped right on them and in no time he had us back up and running.. This company is so good at taking care of their customers

My fiancé has used American Home Pros for years. Last year we had a great experience with the company when we replaced our unit. While I understand that this review may be of the minority to most experiences, a company should also be called out for bad experiences. However almost a year to the day our unit went out. The first tech came out, was absolutely rude, even challenging that we ever had the unit replaced, and claimed the unit was cleaned out and fixed. The house never got below 80~. After utilizing their after hours text service (which they never responded to) we were able to get ahold of them on the phone and get a second tech out. The second tech came out, Caleb, and Caleb was fantastic. He spent several hours working on the attic and eventually said everything was working good. The house, again, never dropped below 80ish and was in the 90s during the day. After getting ahold of the company again, Caleb came out a third time because the thermostat had fallen off the wall, unit was not cooling. Caleb spent some time working on the unit and then told us the reason nothing was working was because of a dirty heat transfer unit and that would require additional work and more costly repairs. We asked why this wasn’t diagnosed initially and he stated it was a “training conversation” that would need to happen and it “should have been caught on the initial service visit”. Caleb deferred us to the owner because we had the unit replaced the prior year and needed to discuss costs and Cody was willing to “work with us”. We had some initial email exchanges with the owner who stated “the situation was unusual” and he was still trying to work with us. I had left my number and email for Cody a few times since then, including contacting their text service and even as of last week contacting their office, who never returned our calls. We had to go out and buy window units and have been using window units since August because our system has yet to be repaired. We could have easily laid this all out over social media but believe we have been beyond patient with this company and hope that it can be resolved soon.

Kody (with a K) answered all of my questions kindly and explained why my new a/c did what I was concerned about. He ran diagnostics on it, make appropriate adjustments. He can come back anytime when it is time for maintenance. Everybody I've dealt with at American Home Pros has been kind, courteous and informative, including the owner, receptionist and technicians.

Kody was scheduled to perform maintenance on HVAC scheduled for 8:00. He called at 7:45 and informed me he would arrive at 8:00. He checked both of our units thoroughly, replaced air filters and then explained what he observed. He explained the status in a manner we understood. I recommend American Home Pros for all their services.

Innovative Air installed a new AC unit at my home yesterday. I can’t say enough nice things about the young men that did the installation. They were professional, polite and hard workers. I would recommend them any time. Ryan came out Saturday and diagnosed the trouble. On Monday Trendon, Hunter and Tanner did the installing. Thank you Cody for having such great employees.
