• ASAP was the original installer for the two AC units for the home we built 5 years ago. During a service call, a tech replaced a filter with one 3 inches too small. i discovered this weeks later. unfiltered air was pulled in. When i called them about it, they acted like it was no big deal. Months later they came out to service, and my supply line was leaking. they needed to replace it. when they installed the original, it was plastic. even they admitted it was not the greatest. The excuse was "how expensive copper was during covid". They replaced it with a copper supply line. That was a very expensive strike 2. Fast forward to this month, my compressor is bad. 5 years and 4 months old. Guess what? my unit was never registered by ASAP with the manufacturer, so instead of a ten year warranty on the compressor, i only received a 5 year unregistered warranty. When i called ASAP i spoke with Alec who is the "warranty coordinator" who basically told me there was nothing they could do, but they would be happy to give me a second estimate and beat anyone's price. That unregistered warranty cost me an additional $2,000 losing the trade in value of the bad compressor. I was told it was my responsibility to register my air conditioner with Lennox. What? I have given them many opportunities to address my concerns, and they did not do so. I will never do business with ASAP again.

• We were lucky enough to get the team from ASAP to install our new tankless water heater today. The men were so skilled and hard working! They made sure all the fittings were installed top of the line. No cut corners and no mess leftover. They made sure everything was working as it should before packing up for the day.
