• Clean Dean's Chimney has come out about 5 times working on our chimney, and they have been the most professional and yet friendly guys who have gone above and beyond their duty making sure they got the job done right. We have been waiting months for a part to come in (through no fault of theirs but the manufacture's). They came out today with the new part and got if fixed; and they did not charge us ($187.00) because of us having to wait so long!! We highly recommend them for their all-around good work and friendly service. UPDATE: We just had them come out for our annual cleaning and again, they were prompt, friendly, and got the job done. WE'RE STILL PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY!

• Do not use Breath Easy. Go elsewhere - property damage & rushed job. The crew called at 8:30 AM to say they were running late, then spent much of the day on breaks — a 30–40 minute break shortly after arriving, plus lunch from ~11:45 AM to 1:30 PM — before wrapping up around 3:30 PM. For the size of our house, this is a rushed job. The bigger problem was the property damage & lack of respect for my personal property. They broke a window screen, gashed the trim, left black marks on a wall, left the upstairs wall and ceiling near a vent dirty enough to need repainting & stained our carpet — and the technician lied saying he tried to clean it. Worst of all, they dragged compressor hoses with metal heads across our hardwood floors, scratching them just a week after we'd had them refinished. So disrespectful. To their credit, they did repair the window screen and paid for a carpet cleaner. However, they offered no compensation for our time, the poor service, or the damage that's still unresolved: the painting for the wall and ceiling, and the surface scratches on our hardwood floors. On top of all this, the furnance hole leaks cold air from a poor seal , and they left counters in the pantry and bathroom covered in dust. Between the unresolved damage, the rushed job, and the lack of care in our home, go somewhere else. Not worth the stress of having your property damaged.
