Update: More than a review i want to thank Rod as i contacted him on Christmas day because my CO2 alarm went off that day and happened to be a week after they installed my new furnace, he not only came to make sure that everything was ok with the intallation they did but also spent 2 hours trying to find the reason why the alarm went off, it turned out to be that my CO2 detector was due for replacement, this is real caring, above and beyond customer service, thank you!
