She was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions. Dan and Kevin handled the installation, and they were fantastic as well. They were professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. • I had problems with the AC unit n our new home. The guys at Applewood AC were fantastic. They came to run a diagnostic, they were prepared, looked for leaks and refilled my AC with refrigerant. They were focused on doing a great job instead of looking how to maximize how much money to make from me. Before calling Applewood AC, I had another company come to look at my AC unit, they barely did anything, told me I needed to pay for a leak test. When I asked for pricing like refrigerant, their pricing was exhorbitant. Applewood AC came, did a better diagnostic, was more involved in trying to fix the issue without doing an expensive leak test and the amount they charged for refrigerant to refill my unit was a very fair price. I recommend them highly and they are my new go-to for any HVAC needs I have.

• One day in December I came home from work & my house was freezing! I knew right away that my furnace had gone off. So I went to check & see if maybe it was just the pilot light. It wasn’t so I called Applewood heating & A/C and spoke with Brendan O’ Brien who came out right away to check it out. It was 17 years old & it had fulfilled its life. Brendan figured out what type & power of unit I would need & came & installed it the next day! • Extremely poor customer service and unable to respond to a leaking furnace that they installed about 2 years ago. It’s been nearly 4 weeks since we put the complaint in and they have yet to resolve this issue for us. Now it’s the holiday season and I can’t get anyone to take our call or return our messages from their Messaging Service. Their unreliability is a serious concern.
