Great experience from start to finish. I was able to get a same-day appointment, and the technician was professional, thorough, and took the time to clearly explain what was wrong with my AC and how he fixed it. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Pricing was very reasonable too. Highly recommend!

Our heat pump all of a sudden stopped working this afternoon. I called Air Headz because his business I saw on an Internet search that this business was close to us. The owner scheduled me for the same day, 8 pm to 8:30pm on Friday of the July 4th weekend! He came right out and diagnosed the issue as a blown capacitor, replaced the capacitor and got us up and cooling! He was friendly and explained everything he was doing. Since the unit is quite old I have asked him to give me a price on a replacement unit. I am so very pleased with his work, above and beyond and very reasonably priced on a holiday weekend!!! Thank you!

They scheduled promptly, fully disclosed the cost details, arrived on time, and communicated well. The technician, Kris, was very professional, kept me informed of his findings, and gave me options, which included waiting to replace a part if that was my preference. He cleaned my reusable filters and wore booties in the house. Great service. I highly recommend.

We had two other companies out before Air Headz. The first company said our fuses were blown (they were) and they replaced them then turned the AC back on. After running for about an hour, it died again. That same company came out the next day and said now the capacitor was blown and they said we needed an electrician because the box was “sending too much electricity to the AC and surging it. The electrician just spoke to us over the phone and said that was wrong. The AC pulls electricity and is working too hard thus causing the surge. We called a second company out. They said our coils were both dirty and that it would be $3,500 to clean them or we could buy a brand new unit. Then we called Air Headz. The technician actually did a thorough investigation and found insulation had been sucked into the blower. He cleaned that out and said that the coil does have some dust (probably from that insulation being shredded in the blower) but that it wasn’t so dirty that he recommends a cleaning. He gave us the option of doing that but also said the outside coil is not dirty and doesn’t need cleaned. The total for this actual fix was $75. Air Headz saved us thousands of dollars on a “fix” that wasn’t going to work.
