  • Installed only one unit on new construction. Two needed for size of home. Mold everywhere. Contractor and ac company stalled (blaming each other) and made empty promises. Now that the warranty expired they are no longer returning calls. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE AND RMC!

  • Highly recommend this company Air One. I knew i needed a brand new system. They came out the same day to give me an Estimate and were very professional and reasonable. They went above and beyond to run my dryer vent outside of the house. That was a big issue for me and so glad it is done. I Couldn't ask for a better service. Again highly recommend Air One.

They are obviously caring and passionate about what they do. From the office personnel to the onsite crew to the company owners, everyone gave me a personal experience. The owners come around to check the work and want to be sure they are delivering the quality you deserve. The clincher for me was that the whole experience had a familial and "down-home" feel, unlike other companies who provide a rigid, corporate feel. I 100% recommend Air One!!!

  • Called to have our heat looked at after it stopped working. Because the weather was going to be bad, Air One made an extra effort to check it out timely and perform maintenance. Our HVAC was about 25 years old, so we also decided to replace it. Stefan and his team could not have been better or more professional. Not only did they do the new install, but they brought our old house up to where it should be and continued to follow-up with us on how things were going. The whole house feels cleaner and more refreshed than ever. Should have called Air One a long time ago!

  • Our heater stopped working completely last night, and the house was so cold this morning! We have an old HVAC system, and I was dreading a huge bill and dealing with the hassle of having someone out. I called Air One at 8:30 am, and Rob was at my door at 10:15! He checked the entire system carefully, even once he had narrowed down the issue, and even set up a temporary repair to warm up the house while he had to go get a part. He was so polite and professional, the repair was done by noon, and a fraction of the cost I expected! Since I mentioned that we know we'll be replacing the old system in the future, he emailed an estimate along with my receipt, and it's almost half of what we were quoted by another local company! We'll be using Air One, and recommending them highly.
