• I used Airpoint for repairing my AC and heating once in 2024 and once recently. I have to say they truly deserve a five star. My heating system is fairly complicated but they fixed it In one visit. Everything runs so smoothly from booking to diagnosis to replacing parts. Very professional. I hate to say not every review online is legit. I hired a Best of the best on Homestar before with a horrible arrogance, took three visits to diagnose and fix a simple contactor issue. Airpoint is my go to tech now.

• ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Air Point Heating & Cooling. My 17-year-old air conditioner failed on a Friday evening. I called their number and was surprised to receive an immediate response. The next morning, Grigoriy came out and got the unit running temporarily, but he honestly explained that, given its age and condition, it likely wouldn't last much longer. I really appreciated his honesty instead of trying to sell me an unnecessary repair. I decided to replace the old AC, and Grigoriy arranged for an installation crew to come the very next morning. Yuri and Dima are true professionals. One of my main requests was to install the new air conditioner on the opposite side of the house instead of the original location. Yuri carefully planned the best route for all the refrigerant lines, electrical wiring, and drain line, even though it required significantly more time and effort. The crew never cut corners and paid attention to every detail. The installation was completed professionally, neatly, and to a very high standard. From the quick response and honest advice to the quality of the installation, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. • New Air Conditioner and Furnace This week is the one-year anniversary of the installation of a new AC and furnace at my house by Air Point. I wanted to wait a full year before leaving the review to see how the new units performed through all four seasons and to be able to report on the company's follow-up if any issues arose. The good news is that everything worked well. During the year, I called two times with questions, which were answered promptly. Now back to the beginning. I found Air Point through a Google search after checking reviews and BBB ratings of several companies. I had a trusted HVAC company that I had used for over 10 years, but when it came to the sales aspect of seeking information on a new AC and furnace, that company's process left a lot to be desired. So I went looking for other options and found Air Point. I ended up choosing Air Point based on the amount of information they provided when we met and during my subsequent inquiries, and also because of their flexibility about different product options, their transparency and responsiveness. I asked a lot of questions (a lot :-), and they took the time to answer each question thoroughly and respectfully. I was especially grateful for Katerina - she was very friendly and helpful - she was a big part of the reason I chose Air Point. The day of installation went well. I could see the pride of workmanship of all four members of the installation team, and they treated my property with care. Once completed, they made sure everything was in good working order, showed me how to use the new thermostat and humidifier, and they thoroughly cleaned up the job site before leaving. I would recommend them and would hire them again.
