• John has managed to correct my contractor's mistake, preventing ordering a wrong part or unnecessary replacement the tankless unit with a different brand, as "the best option," suggested by my contractor. The existing unit was 2 year old the top performing model, installed by the same contractor. I questioned the contractor's advice, who said now, that this was the most often failing system. I connected to different companies and the manufacturer. My suspicion about competence of my contractor was the correct one. And John got in touch with the manufacturer, also negotiated the correction of the poor installation, putting HEPA filter back, which was missing and properly replacing the vent pipes( burn particles and gas, reentering the system issue, safety hazard). John assured me, he will make all work done, how it is required according to industry standard. I was not charged for the services and work by manufacturer appointed specialist. I am very thankful to John from Brilia Air, who was honest, delivered great service and stepped up to protect the reputation for the brand and the industry; saving my family from wrong charges and unnecessary replacement of the equipment and protecting from my contractor misleading activities. Everyone is a consumer and we are at the hands, abilities and actions of people delivering services. I hope, there will be people, who will make things right, when you need the most.

• My water heater rental is with Vista services and when my water heater went completely dead on Thursday late evening, Vista routed my service call to Brilia. I called Brilia Friday around noon time and John was extremely professional and kind, listened to my situation and also gave me a very clear guideline on expectations (e.g probably a new tank won't be available until next morning). He quickly arranged a tank first thing next morning and by noon time next day I had hot water up and running again. Just want to say a big thank you to John and Aylin again!

• First, I would like to say the phone service was friendly and prompt. 5 stars. However, the service technicians who came to do the work were the most unprofessional people i have ever witnessed. I don't want to see them step foot into our home again. If they make right on this, I will update my review. And now my update: Maurice came to repair the fiasco left by the other 3 clowns. As promised by Brilia, this gentleman was the exact opposite of the previous group. Polite, professional, had great integrity and pride in his trade and personal workmanship. He spent many hours rectifying the problems created by the previous bunch who should never be allowed to walk into another person's home. He did not cut corners and made sure the work was done neatly and cleanly. Neat soldering job, routed the exhaust behind the furnace instead of across the window as before, turned the tank so the controller was not hit by the door when the door was opened. I sincerely hope Brilia keeps THIS skilled individual as a valuable member of thier installation team. Heartfelt thank you!!!!!!!

• We have had problem with no hot water numerous times every year with our tankless water heater since we moved into our new house in 2015. It was owned by Vista Services who outsourced its maintenance to 2 companies in Ontario. The other company who came was not very good with fixing the problem, because problem constantly came back. So Vista called Brilia who came to service it in 2023, and since then, we have had no problems. On Sept. 30, 2025, we had no hot water. We called Vista who contacted Brilia. Sandra at Brilia called us, she was very courteous helpful and very knowledgeable and informative as well. She advised that our water heater was old and she would send someone to have it replaced. We were advised that our contract with Vista expires in October 2025, so Brilia would cancel our contract with Vista and they will take over. We signed a new contract with Brilia. On the same day in the evening, service staff installed a new hot water tank for us. Hopefully this new hot water tank will be problem-free, but we are happy that we will be dealing with Brilia directly. Thank you Sandra for your speedy assistance in this matter. Excellent job from Brilia.

• I have no hot water in my six year old and expensive house and this company cannot even answer my phone call to schedule a service call. This is ridiculous. I paid $340.00 for a service call based on Bralia's advice and still have no hot water. Bralia came to my property again today and promised to call me by the end of the day with an estimated date and time for the repair. They did not call me back and cannot get a hold of Vista Services how water tank rental company who outsourced the repair to Bralia. I recommend staying far away from Bralia and Vista Services as a result. They are a bunch of liars and criminals.
