• So far all my experiences have been positive. When my old furnace died winter 2024, they treated it like the emergency it was and got everything installed and working quickly. I was happy with both Joe who did my fall furnace inspection and today Mahan who serviced my heat pump. He spent some extra time showing me things to switch on/off that I hadn't noticed before and fixed a hole that I don't think he had to. Both men were professional, friendly, informative and helpful. • Our furnace died in the middle of the night (thank goodness it's not the winter) but our original company that installed our furnace no longer service our area. After looking around, we picked Energy Clean Heating and Air systems. As a consumer, we were careful as it is tough to find a honest company nowadays (from pass experience). Our booking was quite simple and LeeAnne was really friendly and professional. She was able to book us for May 11 2026 (same day) and Joe was dispatched. Joe was amazing.. every knowledgeable and friendly. He diagnose the issue and told us that we will have to wait for the parts. He went away to his work truck and I am assuming made some inquiries and was able to locate the replacement parts for us. At this time, it was pass 2pm and he went beyond what we've expected and drove to the parts store and came back around 4pm to do the repairs. We cannot thank Joe and the Energy Clean team for their professionalism. Mahan came out to check the system and he did a through job and gave me additional advise regarding a potential plumbing issue.
