  • Gives you a scheduled time then shows up 3 hours early without notification when no one’s around. Goes back to original scheduled time and then never shows up nor calls to inform me they will not be coming. Waited around all afternoon for them. Always has an excuse like they had a lot of emergencies as if my businesses fridge working isn’t a priority. You want to operate a business be professional. Honour your word and your schedule. Update: They keep calling trying to get me to remove this review and offered a 15% discount on future services and had the dispatcher who totally messed up call me with a sob story about potentially getting fired because he was incapable of doing his job. None of that fixes the fact that I had to call an emergency repair service and got stuck with a $2600 bill to fix the fridge as the repair was completed after business hours during the night as I needed it repaired ASAP. When you guys read this don’t bother trying to call me to try and have me remove it again. It is staying up. You clearly need to have this as a reminder to treat your customers right and honour your word and schedule.
