• I had a great experience with Coral Mechanical Inc. Behrad Toufani and his teammate installed my heat pump, air handler, and thermostat, all of which I also purchased from Coral Mechanical. Ali and his team were also excellent throughout the entire process. They handled all of my questions and inquiries and guided me through everything in a professional, friendly, and warm manner. I really appreciated how responsive and helpful they were. It was a big installation job, and Behrad and his teammate spent several hours making sure everything was properly installed, configured, and set up. They were professional, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable about their work. I’m very satisfied with both the quality of the installation and the overall experience. I would definitely recommend Behrad, Ali, and the entire team at Coral Mechanical for HVAC installation. Great service from start to finish!

• Sept 2026 Update: I noticed water leak and contacted Coral, sent some pics and video over and was told "won't make big difference in usage". Did what I wrote and recommended Coral to a friend of mine who also needed his tankless replaced; and it happened. Original: I had to replace the old tankless (rental) and found Coral Mechanical here in HomeStars. It took me a while to decide what model to install and when; Ali shows patience and was very kind to follow up with me accommodating my busy schedule. The nice surprise was that once I was ready to proceed, the crew was able to make it the next day, which really saved me from cold nights (the tankless provides heat as well as hot water). Technicians showed up next day and had the new tankless installed and configured. The team recommended a slightly higher temperature than my previous setting of 120F and explained the rationale to me; it really shows to me their professionalism and care for their clients. The price is very reasonable for my first home maintenance project and I am more than happy to have found these gents. Big shoutout to Ali, Ferzan and Tony. Coral will definitely be my go-to next time I have a maintenance/improvement project, and is the company I can confidently recommend to my friends and family.

• Our second floor was not being cooled well with our existing central air conditioning and we had been relying upon installing and uninstalling two window units yearly (which are kind of loud when running). Rejigging duct work, creating a second air return was not a good option for us. We finally decided to splurge a bit and have a heat pump / cooling system installed (we chose Mitsubishi units, 3 interior 1 exterior heat pump system). Prices at Coral were great, better than a few others even though they only offered lesser brand-name units. Ali was great to deal with and did a quick, efficient install. His team cleaned up nicely and was very professional. Very happy with the results and was done just in time for the first heat wave of the year!

I was told my condo furnace needed one part replaced and paid $500 for valve replacement. 10 days later the heat failed again, and suddenly there was “another part” needed for $350 more. • We reached out to Coral Mechanical to help us install a smart ERV in my basement furnace room. Unfortunately, the initial evaluation of the job was miscalculated leading to a series of uncertainty. From whether it is possible to run the ducting through to my exterior wall due to my finished basement or whether I can set up a smart control for the ERV and even confusion around the payment system. However, I highly commend Ali and his team for their tenacity in ensuring that my full desire for a smart ERV is realized. • I looked at many companies and all fell short both in customer service and technical explanation. Sales person came on a Friday night, spent an hour looking, measuring and face timing with his installer/technician. They were thorough and very kind and thoughtful. A week or so later I received a quote, though I went only the boiler replacement. After many other quotes, we negotiated a fair price and date to install. Installation and payment schedule were agreed and the crew came and installed system in one day. They were very kind people, they even invited me to me pizza with them. There was a small hiccup with a couple things that we worked out very easily and resolved in good faith and spirit. We even negotiated an extended labor contract with them that they discounted from the manufacturer. I will use them when the time comes to replace my air conditioner.
