Do not use Air Pro Masters for plumbing services!! My home warranty company referred them to take care of a main line water leak on August 17th. Their technician, Dominic, came to my house and said he needed to find the leak and if I got the repair done by them, the detection fees would be included in the repair cost as well as the $75 co payment for coming to my house. He did some listening and said I had a leak near the irrigation system. He provided me a quote of $8,000 to replace the line, which I thought was high but the leak needed to be repaired. He made no attempt to repair the leak just said the line needed to be replaced. He said he would contact my home warranty company to get authorization for the repair, but when I talked to them, they said they didn’t know anything about it!? Which means I have the entire $8K bill. When I printed out the paperwork from LV Water that provided a rebate for the detection cost, he said that was not part of the $8K? When they were digging the hole, they found that my water line had been replaced prior to me purchasing the house. I did some research and found that the water line itself usually does not spring a leak but the connections to it will so I should have asked him to actually find and fix the leak. He replaced the water line and told me the work had to be inspected by LVWD before he could finish the job, insulate the line, and fill the hole from the water meter to my house. He said he would have that done in a few days but no more than a week. Here it is Friday, October 2nd, and after calling at least 5 times over the last month and being told it would be completed soon I’m wondering if it will ever get done? The ladies I talked to were always very cordial but their home warranty guy, Eric, was rude and defensive about completing the job! I contacted my home warranty company today and they sent a message to APM and Eric’s response to them was that the work still needed to be inspected??? Really??? They get a “0” for customer service!!

Maui came by and was incredibly kind and helpful. We had various plumbing issues that, if not caught, would have led to issues inside the home and cost us a lot more money.

Installed s 12k Lennox unit and it can't even keep a 1240sq ft home cool. Something is not right. Update, Air pro came out and made some adjustments and fixed bad duct work. Working great now. However, it did take 6 f/u calls to get it right.

We had a great experience with Air Pro Masters installing our water softener and filtration system. They were prompt, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. Our installer did a great job and made sure everything was installed correctly and explained clearly. The equipment seems to be very good quality, and the pricing was reasonable compared to other options we looked at. Overall, we’re very happy with the system and would definitely recommend Air Pro Masters.

Their response was quick, the technician was great and didn't try to bury me in stuff i didn't need or want. Unlike most of the service providers trying to rip your throat out.

My home warranty company paired me with Air Pro Masters and it was a strange but not awful experience. Our HVAC gave out in the middle of summer. Given my skepticism for the home warranty working, I was pleasantly surprised Air Pro Masters had someone scheduled in two days. I had two other companies come out to diagnose the issue and called Air Pro Masters to ask based on the other company's diagnosis would it likely lead to additional time/labor to get approval from the home warranty company... as it was 100+ and no working AC. I don't want to wait days only to have to pay myself either way. I got an attitude for asking the questions, despite explaining I'm new to a home warranty and just trying to figure out the process. I just opted to have the system replaced by another company and called well in advance of the appointment with Air Pro Masters and still an hour before the appointment I got the call to pay the $100 trade fee. Again, I got an attitude when I told them I'm not paying it as I had provided ample notice and gotten confirmation it would be cancelled. I don't think I'd have had any issues with their service but they really need some friendly people working their home warranty department.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE and dishonest company!!! Had a water leak in our garage, called home warranty who call Air Pro Masters who sent a tech DENNIS who came over. I showed him my video of the water spraying out of the exposed pipe and told him we put some silicone over the hole so we could flush the toilets since they couldn’t come out for 3 days. Dennis the tech took a video of the pipe NOT LEAKING because we had a glob of silicone on their that I explained. He told me the home warranty will probably not approve the repair since it’s not leaking in his video. I told him then let’s take a new video after we wipe the silicone “bandaid”. He insisted not to! I told him then let’s send my video showing the leak! He left. I called Erik the manager who would not help or even follow up for over a week. Leak still there and now I will call a new company. DISHONEST LAZY INCOMPETENT TECHS and MANAGEMENT!!!! Horrible!!!

Air Pro Master absolutely came through for us when we needed them most! We had a major leak outside the house, and the main line coming into the house needed to be replaced. They quickly identified the problem, explained what needed to be done, and did an amazing job installing the new line. What really impressed us was how cleanly they worked—they left the front yard looking like nothing had ever happened. The quality of the work, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding. They were truly lifesavers, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend Air Pro Master Air Conditioning Repair & Installation! Great company, great work, and great people.
