We had a mini split replaced in August of last year. It’s been nothing but problematic since. We have been very patient - The outside unit has such a hard start and stop, it vibrates the whole house. Today I discovered the brackets holding this heavy unit on the wall were not bolted into anything but plywood. The wire/conduit terminations are not correct-they are open to the elements, literally not connected. The inside wall unit is crooked, and runs all the time. The bracket for the previous wall unit are still installed behind the new one pinched between the drywall and the new unit. I’ve called, emailed texted both the tech/installer and the office. No reply. Do not recommend.

Revising this to one star. They've done a lot of work on my system before and seem to have, overall, done a good job until about a year ago. I did their regular servicing $250/yr and dropped a check off at their office, which was cashed. They called me asking if I was going to pay for the service, which I shared that I did. They've never called back and have not returned my money.

Editing my review from 5 star to 1 star. RUN! PICK ANOTHER COMPANY!!! Seems when there is a major issue and they have been out repeatedly over 7 years to fix the issue to still have the same issue... they ignore your calls. They act like you don't exist. 15+ years if friendship down the drain. They are also under insured. Their insurance does NOT cover mold or fungus due to leaks from improperly installed units. We have mold in 7 walls, a ruined queen sized memory foam mattress, Water damaged XBOX, Wii, and TV, as well as termites and floor damage under 1 unit. Water damage under every head unit they installed. NONE of it is covered by their insurance. ECK Agency, did not properly advise them on their insurance needs and they do NOT have adequate coverage. RUN FAR FAR AWAY! PICK LITERALLY ANY OTHER INSURED COMPANY, preferably one not insured by States Auto Insurance.

Last week when temperatures were 102 plus my A/C quit. Called Air Source they come out that morning and fixed A/C in no time. They are a great company. I use them for my 3 rental as well as my personal home. You can't go wrong with Air Source.
