I have a high end furnace and many technicians do not work on it. I called 3 different companies and got a different response from all 3 with “well you will have to replace the entire system and while you are at it the outside unit too!” Enter Air Worth….not only do I now have heat, the expensive part was under warranty AND I learned today, so is part of the labor! The outcome is very different when using an HONEST knowledgeable company! Not one other company mentioned the word WARRANTY! Call Air Worth first! PS Mark is knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant too! They have my business from now on!

My 20+ R410 evaporator coil had non repairable leak discovered on Friday before T’giving. AirWorth tech David discussed options, but without pressure. I elected replacement to the new refrigerant unit package. Installation was done following Monday and Tuesday. Install team Anthony & Jonathan were great and had to deal with 4” downpour Monday. Duct work replacement corrected a poor air delivery to a bedroom. AW owner-president Matt checked the install and our satisfaction. Special kudos to Op Mgr Bry for a follow-up for a need I had after install. I Highly recommend Air Worth.

We were without heat and I called this company. Response time was within an hour, tech guy, Jonathan, spent long enough to diagnose and fix the problem. He was polite and courteous, and I could tell he enjoys his work. Recommend highly! Our second visit in as many days. Tony was our technician and he did a fabulous job! Where do y'all find nice technicians?? Our thermostat was bad this time. Very confident there won't be another call on this particular problem. Recommend highly again! One year later. I asked this company to do my yearly maintenance on both units. Wonderful service and informative on what I can do to help maintain my units. Again, five Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Summer is here and I'm so glad I bought the yearly membership for maintenance! I'm sorry it was scheduled on the year's hottest day so far but Tony did an awesome job and it's way cooler inside now. Again 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 11/2025 this is the fifth time I've reviewed this company. They are still wonderful but the price did go up some, I think. Maybe, maybe not but they do great work and imo it's worth it to me. However I'm paid up for the Year and my spring maintenance is Free. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
