• BY FAR THE BEST SERVICE IN THE DFW AREA. BOUGHT AC IN 2020 AND WAS GIVEN A GREAT PRICE AND INSTALLATION . 7-22-2026 AND 112 DEGREES OUTSIDE NEEDED SERVICING AND CALLED THEM. • From the start, my interaction with this company was superb! My AC had gone out in the heat of summer. UGH! I called American Air Masters and Cary set me up with a next day appointment. I had a full day planned already and kept calling back because I sure didn't want to miss this appointment. Cary was very kind and understanding and told me the service tech would call me. Steve, the service technician, was kind enough to call me when he was 30 minutes out. When he came he pointed out that the compressor that was having problems was a 2006 compressor, That meant this sweet machine had been working for 20 years! A dishonest technician would have told me that that was a long time for a compressor and it needed to be replaced, But Steve is honest, and did his due diligence, He diagnosed it as a capacitator problem, fixed the capacitator and within 24 hours of my first call to this amazing company my AC was again cooling! I then hired them for yearly maintenance because they had built a trust level with me. American Air Masters is a top rate company!!!

• We recently had American Air Masters install two complete Lennox AC systems in our home, and the experience exceeded expectations. They installed a 4-ton 16 SEER unit and a 5-ton 15.2 SEER system, both paired with 90,000 BTU gas furnaces, along with new evaporator coils, Wi-Fi thermostats, and upgraded return plenums with high-efficiency 4” filters. The team handled everything seamlessly—connecting to existing electrical, gas, and ductwork, and making sure all components were properly sealed and optimized. From start to finish, the crew was professional, punctual, and clearly very knowledgeable. They walked us through the setup, answered every question, and paid close attention to detail throughout the installation. The crew was friendly, arrived on time, completed the job in the time agreed to and left the site clean. Other than the replaced air conditioners, I wouldn't know they were in our house. The systems are running quietly and efficiently, and the quality of workmanship is obvious. It’s clear they take pride in doing the job right. He replaced the motor and fan blades, recharged the system with R-410A, and also took the time to deep clean the filters.
