• My experience with Airamedics was limited to a phone call because they ultimately declined the home-warranty service assignment. My fiancé’s AC stopped working during extreme Arizona heat, and OneGuard scheduled Airamedics for Monday. With a OneGuard representative still on the line, I called Airamedics only to ask whether they had experienced any cancellations or could possibly come sooner. Mark said nothing was available, so I calmly told OneGuard to leave the Monday appointment as scheduled. I did not curse, threaten, demand service, or berate anyone. Shortly afterward, I learned that Airamedics would no longer handle the service request because Mark claimed I had berated him. The call was recorded, and I have formally requested that OneGuard preserve and review the complete recording. Airamedics also blocked both phone numbers used to contact them, which made their response feel even more unprofessional and unnecessarily hostile. Given how quickly a simple scheduling question was turned into an accusation and followed by the company declining the assignment and blocking my phone calls from 2 different phone numbers, it left me with the strong impression that they were looking for a reason not to accept this home-warranty job. I cannot comment on their technical work because they never came to the property, but this interaction caused unnecessary stress and delay during an already urgent situation. If a company does not want to accept home-warranty work, it should simply decline the assignment not mischaracterize a customer’s conduct and then block further communication.

• Airamedics was also assigned by our home warranty company, and we truly couldn't be happier for it. From scheduling, to dispatch updates, to working with the technician, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. I especially want to shout-out Tina and Bobby. Our AC unit failed on Thursday morning (8/20) and, despite initially scheduling us for Monday (8/24), miraculously, Tina was able to schedule a technician to arrive by 10AM, Friday morning (8/21)! Bobby arrived at 8AM, and was both engaging and professional. After diagnosing the issue, Bobby promptly went to work, replacing the parts that failed. Yes, you read that right, "...replacing the parts that failed". Not, had to go to the hardware store to get a part. Not, had to order the parts, which could take up to 3 or 4 days. No, Bobby was in possession of the needed parts and had them installed and working very quickly. And to top it off, his attitude and demeanor never wavered from being helpful and unassuming. This is undoubtedly the best experience we have had with an HVAC company, and we highly recommend Airamedics to anyone in need of HVAC service. Great job, Tina and Bobby!

• Our AC stopped working and Airamedics was assigned to use from our home warranty company. They got us in quickly for our service and were very professional and timely when arriving. Bobby was awesome when he came out for the warranty he gave me very clear information about all the repairs that would need to be done and how much they would cost. I asked because I didn't know "when does it become time to just replace the unit" he gave great information about when and also gave me info on the cost of a new unit. He was never pushy or even suggested a new unit - I asked. We decided based on the quote that it would be best for us to replace the unit and they got us on the schedule in 2 days to do so. They got it done in one day and we could not be happier with our new unit - OUR HOUSE IS FREEZING NOW! Everyone we worked with was great and they are even helping us with the SRP rebate. • The previous company that replaced our air controller blower motor and the control board seemed to have difficulty getting it to a proper setting for the cubic feet per minute speed. Even after coming out several times, they said they couldn’t do anything different. We called air medics Bob and Jacob came out and within 15 minutes to a half an hour. • They sent by homewarranty. Their diagnostic was leakage on the high pressure side. This was not covered by home warranty and they asked $1100 for replacing 9 lb of freon which was $90 per pound. (Normally every company I called charges $55lb pound.) Then I send a different company at my expense. They found out that airamedics LLC misdiagnosed the unit. The leak was from coils. Which would have been covered by homewarranty. I refused their repaires knowing their diagnostic was wrong. No matter who I talked with in the company or the home warranty they refused to cover. Please do yourself and find another company. If your Home warranty send this company refuse them. Hope this helps someone.

• Evidently since I didn't want to be up-sold they figured they didn't need to do anything. They blamed the condenser failure on another company, not the fact that the unit is 24 years old. The compression seized and cooked everything including wires, the plug and extra wires that were in the area. They said it does get hot enough to melt wires. Then why was the plug wire also melted. What came first the chicken or the egg? So can you prove what caused the failure, No! No one has even worked on that compressor. So their diagnosis caused the warranty company to decline our claim. Thanks for costing us thousands just to get your hundred bucks to take a few pictures. Easy money I guess. I will 100% go back with the company they claim caused the issue. In my line of work I talk to a lot of people I'm sure I won't refer anyone to airamedics. If you are in Az I recommend Du-All for Ax repairs.

• 2022 was my first experience with Airamedics when they installed my new AC unit. It was a smooth and professional process. They have come out to service the system since installing. My AC quit working yesterday while it is over 100 outside! I called and Tina got the guys out right away to fix the problem. Turns out it was just a plugged drain line. Bobby is the technician who installed the unit so he knew exactly where the unit is and how to repair it , he is wonderful. • UPDATE, removing the extra star: Save your time, money and headache and just call George Brazil! Airamedics tech made the WRONG DIAGNOSIS and refused to fix under warranty. Totally unprofessional and simply left without even trying to fix our issue. Meanwhile, George Brazil showed up in an hour, their tech knew what was wrong before even going into the attic to confirm... It's a faulty float switch (which should have been COVERED by my warranty!). Airamedics tech might have found the problem only he never even bothered to go into my attic. I would never waste time with these amateurs again. ORIGINAL: This company was sent by my home warranty. Technician took the panel off the unit, took a couple pictures, then chatted on his phone for the next 20-30 minutes before telling me this repair isn't covered by warranty. He said he needed attic access to finish the diagnosis, then while I went to set up the ladder he just packed up and left. Warranty company tried to tell me that I have to pay anyway just because he physically came to my address. Did a chargeback on my credit card for this. Giving two stars because at least he showed up on time.

• Jacob is personable, but has questionable work ethics (left old parts on my roof, changed out my smart-thermostat without my permission and that wasn’t the issue). Tina & the office staff are extremely rude and highly unprofessional, as I got yelled at and talked over by both. Tina also complained they “make no money on warranty calls” and then scammed me out of $500 in the last 31 days, and my heater is still blowing out cold air. DO NOT us them!
